Perhaps you've explored conventional therapies and medications without experiencing lasting relief. It's understandable if you're feeling a bit discouraged—or even completely disheartened—and are eager to delve deeper into the underlying issues.
At ALT.
At ALT., we employ Ketamine Treatments and Integration Therapy to delve deep into the root of the issue. Ketamine, a medical treatment, facilitates the mind's healing process by rewiring old neurons, forging new neural pathways within the brain. These pathways foster fresh synapses, bolstering and refining overall brain activity. When combined with meticulous integration, Ketamine Treatment not only alleviates symptoms but tackles the underlying issue for enduring outcomes.
Whether grappling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, chronic pain, or other mental health hurdles, Ketamine has showcased effective, sustained results for our patients.

Why ALT.
As ketamine clinics continue to proliferate across the USA, it's evident that what began as an innovative medical approach has garnered widespread recognition supported by research worldwide. However, amidst this surge, a concerning trend of diminishing patient care has emerged. At ALT., we're redefining the landscape of ketamine-assisted therapy. Unlike many other clinics solely focused on the medicine itself, our approach emphasizes the integration of intentional and individualized psychotherapy. We believe that this holistic approach fosters deeper healing and better outcomes for our clients.

Ketamine works to improve mental health and other conditions by rewiring the brain. As Ketamine increases glutamate production, the mind becomes more adaptable, and connections between brain cells are repaired to help regulate mood. In addition, some studies show that Ketamine also reduces inflammation.

Yes. Ketamine is a controlled substance. This means ketamine production and distribution are carefully monitored in countries like the United States and Canada. Yet, as a controlled substance, ketamine is still available legally in every state and many countries around the world. Ketamine can even be made available as a prescription for at-home use. Like many other drugs, ketamine's effects are powerful and therefore are only legally allowed in specific circumstances under qualified supervision.

* Achieving optimal mental health can be complicated. What we know for sure is that there isn’t a miracle drug, or a miracle behavior, that ensures the best mental health all of the time. With that being said, understanding how ketamine works within the brain will help individuals recognize how it is “working.”
Ketamine treatments need to be paired with good therapy work and deliberate actions by the participant. This is where we will teach you about the pharmacodynamics of ketamine. How it travels through the body, as well as the short and long-term effects of the medication. Many tend to focus on the 'journey' in the office but the magic really occurs afterwards. There is a fascinating window of neuroplasticity in addition to your brain and neurons creating renewed connections that allow your body to work more efficiently taking away fatigue, sleep issues, depression, anxiety and brain fog.

Ketamine itself is not physically addictive in the same way as substances like opioids or nicotine are. In a medical environment, Ketamine has been used to treat addictions. If misused, it can have the potential for psychological dependence. Talk to the medical provider to discuss your specific concerns.
